1. Our Role

PlotSaathi provides a platform and assistance service for discovering, enquiring about, and listing plots. We may help coordinate communication, site visits, documentation support, loan assistance, and registration guidance. Unless expressly stated in writing, PlotSaathi is not the owner, seller, buyer, lender, law firm, or government authority for any property transaction.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in enquiries and listing submissions.
• Verify property details, ownership, title, permissions, RERA status, zoning, access, utilities, and pricing before making any decision.
• Use the website only for lawful property-related purposes.
• Not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing content.
• Not misuse the site, scrape content, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access.

3. Listings and Availability

Property listings, prices, dimensions, photos, availability, approvals, amenities, distances, and loan information may change. We try to keep information useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every listing is error-free, current, available, or suitable for your needs.

4. Verification and Due Diligence

Labels such as "verified", "RERA approved", or "loan available" are based on information available to PlotSaathi at the time of review. You should independently verify all documents and consult qualified legal, financial, tax, and real estate professionals before paying, signing, registering, or committing to any transaction.

5. Payments and Transactions

Do not make payments unless you have verified the recipient, property, documents, and transaction terms. PlotSaathi is not responsible for payments made directly to sellers, agents, third parties, or unauthorized persons. Any service fee, commission, refund, or payment term must be confirmed in writing.

6. Third-Party Services

Loan assistance, legal support, documentation, site visits, registration support, WhatsApp, maps, calls, email, and other services may involve third parties. Their terms, policies, fees, timelines, and decisions are outside PlotSaathi's control.

7. Intellectual Property

The PlotSaathi brand, website layout, text, graphics, listing presentation, and related content are owned by or licensed to PlotSaathi. You may not copy, reuse, publish, or exploit them without permission, except for normal personal use of the website.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlotSaathi is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, property, documentation, title, approval, availability, pricing, or transaction losses arising from use of the website or services.

9. Suspension or Refusal of Service

We may remove listings, refuse enquiries, restrict access, or stop providing service if we believe there is fraud, misuse, inaccurate information, legal risk, abusive conduct, or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of PlotSaathi after changes means you accept the updated terms.
